Do you have a synchronous API for Data Export?

We currently do not, but this is something we will include at some time in the future. It is currently not on our roadmap.

Is there a demo for these APIs?

We can set you up to test out the API should you wish to do so.

What objects does the ABX Data Export API support?

All your tenant database objects with all their fields are exportable. We support Accounts, Opportunities, Persons, Activities.

Can I export a_specific_field from my Demandbase tenant?

One way to confirm which fields are exportable in the UI is to navigate to the Fields menu item under your Demandbase Settings page. Every field that is set to "active" is exportable using the Export API.

How long before I get a response for an ABX Data Export API request?

It varies depends on the number of records and data that is requested. It could vary from a few minutes to hours.

Does the Export API return Ad Campaign data?

Yes, the Export API does return Ad Campaign and Ad Campaign Creative Performance data.

What format is the requested data exported in?

Exported data is returned as a CSV file. We provide a presigned URL that you can use to download the requested data from.
