• A ChatGPT account with app access
• A Demandbase account that is enabled for this beta/app experience
• Access to your company’s Demandbase Okta sign-in flow

In ChatGPT, open Settings -> Apps

Search for Demandbase, then open the Demandbase app listing.

On the Demandbase app page, click Connect.

If the button is disabled or missing, your ChatGPT workspace admin may need to enable apps first.

You will be redirected to Demandbase Okta.

1. Sign in with your authorized Demandbase credentials.
2. Review the requested permissions.
3. Approve the connection.
4. Return to ChatGPT when the authorization completes.

Once connected, open a new chat and start asking Demandbase-related questions in ChatGPT.

Depending on the experience available in your workspace, you may be able to:

• invoke the app directly from the tools/apps UI
• use the app in a normal chat after it is connected
• reference it by app name if ChatGPT shows it as available in the conversation

• Confirm you are logged into ChatGPT.
• Check whether your plan or workspace allows apps.

• Your workspace admin may need to enable apps for your workspace.
• Some app availability can vary by plan, geography, or workspace policy.

• Your Demandbase account may not yet be entitled for this beta/app rollout.
• Contact your Demandbase admin or Demandbase point of contact.

OpenAI’s current app setup guidance says workspace admins can manage app availability from Workspace Settings -> Apps.
