Request anatomy
| Part | Required | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| entityType | optional | All or a supported export entity; defaults to All. |
| page | optional | One-based page number; defaults to 1. |
| perPage | optional | Page size; defaults to 10. |
| sort | optional | ascending or descending; defaults to descending. |
| jobStatus | optional | All, accepted, processing, finished, or failed. |
Response anatomy
| Field | Type / state | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| pageNo / pageSize | number | Pagination metadata for the returned page. |
| totalCount | number | Total matching jobs. |
| data | array | Job summaries including status and jobId. |
Rules and constraints
- Page numbers are one-based and page/perPage must be positive integers.
- Use returned jobId with the status endpoint for a complete result or failure message.
- Keep filters stable while paginating so pages do not drift during reconciliation.
Empty results
An empty data array means no jobs match the selected filters on that page. Broaden entityType/status or inspect the next page before treating it as a missing job.
Errors and recovery
Handle these responses explicitly so your integration can report an actionable cause and next step.
| Status | Meaning | Recovery |
|---|---|---|
| 400 | A pagination, sort, entity, or status value is invalid. | Use documented enum values and positive page parameters. |
| 401 | The bearer token is missing, expired, or invalid. | Refresh the token and retry the same query. |
| 403 | The caller cannot list export jobs. | Verify export read permission for the tenant. |
